He has excellent public relation skills, which has added value on the services we provide to our foreign principals.

After the acquisition of the engineering company (CEMAT Consultants) in 2019, Mr. Jayadin has been instrumental in successfully securing and implementing 8 large/special contracts within a span of two years. Recently secured is a 6 year supervision engineering contract-“SASEC-Mugling Pokhara Highway Improvement project”. CEMAT today is recognized as one of the leading consulting/engineering institutions in Nepal with a soundtrack record of a large number of projects successfully executed.

Executive Director- ICTC INFRA Pvt. Ltd

Mr. Jayadin with more than 14 years of experience in the representation Business (ICTC Pvt. Ltd) is leading this new infra services company that has been established to provide local construction and engineering services such as Civil works, EM, HM, and substations/transmission lines fabrication, installation, and commissioning services in Nepal.

Board Member- Taragaon Regency Hotels Ltd (Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu)

Mr Jayadin is a board member of Hyatt Regency Kathmandu. He along with other family members represent the ICTC group in the board. An urban five-star hotel under Hyatt Regency portfolio located on 37 acres of artistically landscaped grounds near Boudhanath Stupa (UNESCO world heritage site) close to airport. The Project, financed by various international foreign banks and a consortium of Nepalese Banks, is one of the largest private sector projects in Nepal with USD 40M. This is an example of successful joint venture development. The hotel is in successful operations since 2000.

New business ventures and Sister companies of ICTC group.

Mr Jayadin being a family member of the ICTC group also has intermittent involvements in the sister companies of ICTC group. He also spearheads new business ventures and expansions plans of ICTC group along with his brothers.

Mr. Jayadin is also an active member of YPO, Nepal; a global leadership community of Chief Executives. Mr. Shrestha also holds the position of Founder Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce, Nepal.
