Business and Investment Facilitation Workshop

The U.S. Embassy in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce organized a one-day workshop with business and government leaders to promote sustainable economic development in Nepal. The topics discussed focused on Nepal’s business environment and investment policy initiatives. Those in attendance included entrepreneurs, executives, business association representatives, development agencies, think tanks, and government officials – all key stakeholders in promoting sustainable economic development in Nepal. The event was also an opportunity for the U.S. Embassy to demonstrate support for increased U.S. business investment and engagement in Nepal.
